We stopped by the Perez Art Museum in Miami this weekend. Save your money. Skip this on altogether.

The museum is located in downtown Miami, behind the Museum of Science in Miami which is off of Route 1.

The cost for adults is $16 a ticket. It is a beautiful area with a great view of the cruise ship ports. During this outing we had more fun sitting out back watching the cruise ships leave, than visiting the museum.

The museum is a large two floor structure and displays modern and contemporary art. See some pictures below

I am sorry to say that this was the first museum I had ever visited and I did not like one piece of art work. Save your money, go directly to Wynwood and see tons of art for free.
